Is Pyrex glassware oven and microwave safe?
Yes, all Pyrex glassware is designed to be both microwave and pre-heated oven safe. However, please avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) by not placing hot glassware directly on cold surfaces or adding liquids to hot dishes.
What is the difference between Pyrex soda-lime and borosilicate glass?
We offer both types of glass depending on the product line. Borosilicate glass is highly resistant to thermal shock, while our tempered soda-lime glass is physically stronger and more resistant to impact if dropped.
How do you ensure fragile items are shipped safely?
We use specialized eco-friendly protective packaging and double-boxing techniques to ensure your glassware arrives in perfect condition. Every shipment is insured against breakage during transit.
What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately for a free replacement. For unwanted items, products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Can Pyrex lids be used in the oven?
No, our plastic lids are designed for storage and microwave use only (vented). They should never be placed in a conventional oven or under a broiler.
