At Pyrex Webshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality glassware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the glass items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glassware for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
